Start with a well-lit photo where the full pose and shoes are easy to see.

Reference photos are deleted after generation; result links expire in 24 hours.

Three clean moves

From still frame to moving rhythm.

01

Upload the pose

Choose a well-lit full-body photo with both shoes visible. JPG, PNG, and WebP are supported.

02

Direct the energy

Describe the setting, camera feel, and attitude. The core tip-toe choreography is already built into the prompt.

03

Render and download

Cloudflare routes the model request, archives the completed MP4 to R2, and returns a share-ready vertical clip.

One Cloudflare control plane

Less platform sprawl. A cleaner generation path.

The website, model call, temporary input delivery, final video storage, and observability stay behind Cloudflare bindings. MiniMax H3 Max is a third-party model reached through Cloudflare's unified AI catalog.

Cloudflare Pages + native Worker

Cloudflare Pages serves the prebuilt Next.js interface, while a lightweight native Worker handles generation and signed media through an internal service binding.

Native R2 media binding

Uploads and generated MP4 files use the Worker binding directly—no S3 access keys in application code.

Spend-safe private preview

A Worker secret protects generation during launch, while public marketing pages remain available.

Good to know

Before you make the first move.

What kind of photo works best?

Use a sharp, well-lit, full-body photo with a simple background and both shoes visible. Avoid heavy motion blur, cropped legs, or multiple people.

How long does generation take?

A five-second clip usually takes about one to two minutes, including copying the completed video into R2. Model demand can make it slower.

Is the uploaded photo kept?

The reference image is stored in R2 only long enough for the model to read it, then the API deletes it after the generation request finishes. Generated videos remain in R2 so they can be played and downloaded.
